In a world where magic was only discovered 16 years ago, how have the human race developed to use magic? or in this manhwa how have the police developed in tackling the growing crimes with use of magic?
This manhwa follows Detective Kim trying to catch the elusive ‘Crimson Robe’ who has been committing murders throughout the city. However the story doesn’t just follow the detective it follows the murderer Crimson Robe himself, at the same time showing you both perspectives of the story.

Do you enjoy detective films/stories? I normally don’t however this story has a certain flow to it that feels good and I’ve found my self stuck between who I think is doing the right thing.
